I provide a comprehensive design service to all project types be it a small private garden or landscaping a large public space.

I have experience working with Architects at brief and concept design stage to ensure the integration of the garden design with the architecture.

Project stages:

• Initial consultation and brief taking on site with client (and architect if applicable).

 

• Concept design - production of an outline proposal for discussion and agreement.

 

• Design development - a finalised and more detailed drawing of the agreed design incorporating any changes required.

 

• Detailed design - fully detailed construction drawings of any hard landscaping bespoke features,

• Planting plans, which will be provided with an itemised breakdown of  costs.

• Site supervision administering the contract  to completion.

​Fees:

A design fee bid would be made at concept design stage and is dependent on the scale and complexity of the project. 

 

I can advise on selection of landscape contractor following the tendering process. Should any other aspect of the design need to be installed by specialist sub-contractors they will also be supervised by myself and I will make regular site visits.  This guarantees the integrity of the design at all stages.   ​
